Print documents at the library from anywhere with PrinterOn
Mobile Printing Now Available at Perry Library
With our new mobile printing service, you can now send documents to our public printer directly from your laptop or mobile device!
Currently, print jobs are limited to 10 pages. Printing will be at no cost until Monday, February 15, 2021.
How to print from a laptop or desktop computer:
Visit the following website: https://www.printeron.net/pml/pml.
Select the printer and enter your email address
Browse your computer to find and select the file you wish to print
Click the green print icon (you will see the status of your print job and a reference number)
Provide your email address at the Reference Desk or Youth Services Desk to identify your print job.
After Monday, February 15, 2021. Prints will be: Black & White 10¢ - Color 25¢ per page.
How to print from tablet or smartphone app:
Launch the app.
Select your printer by scanning a QR code, selecting a saved printer or searching for a new printer. To search for a new printer, type in our zip code (27536) in the search bar. You should have two results, one for black & white and one for color.
Confirm the printer you wish to submit to is shown in the Printer box on the app’s Home page.
Select your Storage provider, or tap “More” to Manage Storage Provider.
Locate and tap on the desired document.
You will now see a preview of the job when available.
To select copies and page range where applicable, tap the option icon in the top right corner.
Tap Print to submit your job.
To retrieve your print job, go to the library and park in at Curbside Pickup spot. Call the number on the sign and let us know you are here to pick up a print job and your email address.
Alternative text for when we reopen: To retrieve your print job, go to the location the same day you sent the print job and log into the Print Release Computer using your email address. Select your job, pay and print.
How to use email to send something directly to library print system:
To print an email message or attachment, simply forward your email to:
You will be sent an email message confirming that your email was received.
When using the email option, we suggest you contact the library (252-438-3316) prior to pickup to ensure the file printed correctly.
