• You must show your current state identification or driver's license. No exceptions.

• While documents can be filled out beforehand, you cannot sign on the signature line or date it until you are in front of me.

• You must provide your own witnesses if your document(s) require them. All witnesses must have current identification. Library staff cannot be witnesses.

• I will not notarize documents that have been whited out or scribbled out. If I can't read it, I can't notarize it.

• For car titles, the person selling the car must be present, and they must sign and date the title in front of me.
